World Petroleum Congress is the most important event of the year in oil and gas industry, conducted by the World Petroleum Congress Permanent Council (WPCPC). World Petroleum Congress (WPC) was founded in 1993 in London. Main objective of the forum is to provide opportunity for experts, analysts and oil industry professionals to meet face to face and discuss innovative achievements and to discuss apolitically technologies and the use of the world’s petroleum resources for the benefit of a humankind. WPC includes 57 countries (including Russia), representing more than 90% of the oil and gas producing states.
